UK Sales Team Growth for Kenray Forming Ltd

Kenray Forming Ltd has continued to grow both its UK and International Sales Team with the arrival of Alan Beverley who has joined the UK Technical Sales Team and will be working closely with Commercial Director, Mark Evans and Group Sales Manager, Dan Atkin.

Alan brings with him a wealth of experience with 10 years-experience in the Food industry as well as over 6 years working in the consumables industry.  Alan has already hit the ground running and has been out and about meeting clients and contacts to introduce what he can offer.

Kenray offers clients four decades of experience along with continuous development in R&D and are regarded as the global leader of Forming Sets for VFFS food and pharmaceutical packaging machines.  This high level of experience, combined with the ability to produce large bespoke orders as well as complex one-off projects has seen KENRAY involved in a number of collaborations with blue chip organisations across the globe.

Mark Evans & Dan Atkin added “Our Sales team has gone from strength to strength over recent years and with our exciting plans to grow into new markets and product ranges during 2019, the time was right to enhance our sales team under the leadership of Dan Atkin. Alan will be dedicated on supporting our UK client base, showcasing our latest products and services.

Continued ISO 9001 Success for Kenray

Kenray are delighted to have received a successful ISO 9001 audit in January and have been re-certified to the new standard.  This new standard will last for 3 years and is a testament to the work Kenray has invested in over the past few years.

The re-certification demonstrates the clear and consistent processes and procedures Kenray has in place to deliver best practice standards.

Come and visit Kenray at the PPMA Total Show

We would like to invite you to visit us on stand JO8 at this year’s PPMA Total show, held on 27-29th September at the NEC in Birmingham.

At this year’s show we will be demonstrating our latest range of formers and accessories for the vertical form filled packaging machines. This includes our new Nitrogen Efficient Former which has been designed to overcome the nitrogen gas leaks prevalent in traditional former sets on TNA machines.

It provides a consistent vacuum pressure on an ongoing basis, ensuring a smooth film flow, helping our clients to maximise their food production line with minimum downtime.

This new technology provides an improvement in reliability and machine integrity for TNA machines, resulting in significant savings on both nitrogen use and replacement belts.

Staff will also be on hand to discuss our new method to refurbish TNA strippers in a cost-effective, reliable manner. Using bespoke engineered fixtures, Kenray refurbish TNA strippers to the original, exacting standards providing the performance of a new tube closer at a fraction of the cost.

Cost-effective Refurbished TNA Strippers

KENRAY are delighted to confirm that they have developed a robust method to refurbish TNA strippers in a cost-effective, reliable manner. Having developed sophisticated bespoke jigging and production techniques, the team at Kenray can now refurbish TNA strippers to the original, exacting standards.

Kenray confirm that a TNA stripper or bag closer repaired by Kenray, will provide the performance of a new bag closer at a fraction of the cost. The refurbishment process of the TNA stripper sees the parts completely taken apart, cleaned and re-assembled. During the assembly process Kenray use a specialist bespoke jig to ensure all components are accurately aligned and checked, enabling the refurbished bag closer and stripper to operate as new.
