How we Store Your Information:

The data that we collect from you either on our website, through telephone conversations or via email will be held on our secure CRM system EMAX. We also use Mailchimp for our Newsletters and enquiries generated by our WordPress website will be sent via our secure email servers to both Mailchimp and EMAX. Our IT provider NIS regular updates our security and encryption to ensure the data we hold is secure.

By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. Kenray Forming Ltd will do everything in our power to ensure that any data you supply is treated and held securely and in accordance with this privacy notice.

What we use your information for:

  • Communication regarding your orders & services from Kenray etc.
  • Improving our website by monitoring how you use it
  • Sending out marketing newsletters that you have requested
  • Responding to any feedback you send us

Personal Data Retention

Kenray Forming Ltd reserve the right to retain files on our secure EMAX system where we have provided products and services for you, exercise or defence of any warranty or legal claim again the firm.  The relevant periods for which the file will be retained prior to destruction will be 5 years

Marketing Information

 

If Kenray Forming Ltd send you marketing materials then this data is reviewed every 6 months and any data selected as no-longer a client or contact of Kenray will be deleted after 12 months.

Employees and Former Employees

Kenray Forming Ltd has a separate Privacy Document which sets out the types of information we collect, how it is collected and why and how this personal information is used. This separate document is available to staff internally.

Payroll data is retained for 3 years and is then securely destroyed.  Specific medical data may be held for a lengthy period of time.

Any data held on employees is password protected and secure and held electronically.  Any paper based files are stored in a locked cabinet and reviewed annually.  Any documents destroyed are done so by confidentially internally by the HR Department.

Retention of Employee Data

The data retained by Kenray Forming Ltd is held for 6 years upon leaving employment on our secure internal HR system.

Applicant Data

An individual applying for a position with Kenray Forming Ltd will be held securely for a period of 3 months from the date of application and then will be securely destroyed.
