Line Assessments
Often customers are keen to understand how their line could perform better and how they could reduce film wasteage.
By having a line assessment, a Kenray engineer will visit your site (at no charge) and help you to understand what improvements could be made on issues such as slippage and sealing problems, film waste, strippers and bag closers. A line assessment uses a traffic light system, which identifies any damaged or nearly damaged forming sets and the problems they could cause. This method helps you to plan for any forthcoming issues, minimising any downtime of the production line.
