Mark has been a joint owner and Commercial Director of Kenray since 2004, where he became involved in managing the buy in, buy out. He has had previous experience and a long career in the Armed Forces, reaching the rank of a Warrant Officer Class 1, before taking up a commissioned appointment and during he completed a Forces sponsored Master’s Degree in Business Administration. Mark is responsible for the commercial side of the business, including the customer experience of using Kenray, overseeing all aspects of marketing, growth, finance, and general management. Another key role of his at Kenray is business improvements, such as implementing the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and achieving ISO status. Since 2017 he has helped develop and grow Kenray India– a subsidiary company in Mumbai, with goals of making Kenray India as successful as the UK site. Whilst in more recent times Mark has been involved in integrating Kenray with their Italian strategic partners Zanon forming. Amongst this Kenray has opened further sales offices in the USA with their partners, Greener Corporation, since 2004 the company has grown more than twelve times the size, spreading across the globe.
