Head of Research & Development, Phill Loxley has been with Kenray since 2010 and has been instrumental in developing our multi-functional central Engineering Hub for the group.

With a strong background in both design and engineering, spanning over 35 years, Phill brings to the table a wealth of experience having worked previously for blue-chip companies such as Caterpillar, JCB, Donalsons Filtration – formely DCE Dust Control.

Starting from a small team of 2 engineers designing certain parts of our forming sets, Phill has developed our multi-functional engineering Hub with a team of dedicated engineers that support the Kenray group across the globe.

Covering all aspects of our former capabilities and working with our manufacturing clients to develop new solutions, our engineering hub provides the ability to forward engineer complex solutions and offer full support to our customers and manufacturing teams across all our sites.
