Sian Bonsall is the Service Coordination Lead (Global) at Kenray. Sian joined us in October 2020 having previously worked in customer service and administration.

Sian has been an important member of the Kenray Team since joining in 2020, where she initially joined as PA to the Directors, HR & Health and Safety, and Business Coordination. She has over 26 years of experience in customer service and administration and has completed an IOSH Managing Safely qualification. Within her role as the Service Coordination Lead (Global) at Kenray, she leads and coordinates all service and technical visits (non-warranty), and all refurbishment work across the group.

Additionally, Sian has been instrumental in the implementation of Kenray’s Customer Aftersales App across the group, with a move into Service being a natural progression for her. With her passion for excellent customer service, she works with customers to ensure their former fleet is serviced to the highest standards, thus reducing downtime. Sian is a very well-organised individual who is always striving to enhance her skills to continue contributing to the success of the Kenray Team, we value her experience and devotion to customers and the Kenray Group.
