As a member of the CIPD, Kay works in partnership with the Directors to build functional people plans and continues to build strong and collaborative relationships with Line Managers and employees throughout the business.
With her responsibility for all aspects of the HR Function, she is accountable for HR Policy and execution, ensuring efficient, consistent and fair process implementation. Kay continually strives to develop HR Strategies and initiatives that support business objectives.
Kay continually advises and supports Line Managers and all employees on any employment related issues and it is with this best practice and collaborative approach that ensures we operate correctly and remain legally compliant.
Coupled with her passion for putting people first, this guarantees a happy, loyal and committed workforce, which Kay believes has the knock-on effect of improving relationships with clients and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
As a pivotal H&S Co-ordinator, Kay also makes sure that Kenray operate within the highest levels of H&S possible.
An extended part of Kay’s role is as acting Quality Management Representative. Here Kay oversaw responsibility for the implementation of ISO9001:2008 Quality standard. Since then, quality, efficiency and traceability have all improved. She continues to maintain, improve and audit the system to ensure we remain ISO compliant.
